3. Payments & Refunds: Subscriptions are billed annually or via 3-year deals. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Reseller Program: Commission is earned on successful paid referrals. We reserve the right to audit and revoke reseller status for fraudulent activity.

5. Free Tier Usage: Our free chatbot service is provided "as-is". We reserve the right to remove any free chatbot instance immediately if suspicious activity or abuse of our systems is detected.

6. Expiration: Free chatbots will expire after one month from the date of creation. To maintain the free service, users must Log in monthly to keep the free chatbot active.
